Soito Encruzado

Este vinho exprime perfeitamente a magnitude dos vinhos brancos do Dão, sendo criado a partir da casta Encruzado e Malvazia-fina produzidas e vinificadas em barricas com batonnage, na Quinta do Soito. Apresenta uma cor citrina palha, aroma fresco e complexo com notas de flor de laranjeira, pera e lima, ladeadas por fragâncias de baunilhas finas. Revela uma estrutura elegante com bom equilíbrio e harmonia.

This wine perfectly expresses the magnitude of the white wines of the Dão, being created from the Encruzado and Malvazia-fina grape varieties produced and vinified in barrels with batonnage, at Quinta do Soito. It has a straw citrus colour, fresh and complex aroma with notes of orange blossom, pear and lime, flanked by fine vanilla fragrances. It reveals an elegant structure with good balance and harmony.
