Prensagem das uvas e decantação do mosto. Fermentação longa em depósito inox, com frio e com leveduras próprias. Estágio sobre borras finas, durante 4 meses, e filtragem antes do engarrafamento. Estágio em garrafa antes de sair ao mercado.Todo o processo ocorre na herdade.
