On the evening of June 6th, at 8pm, Restaurante Mediterrâneo’s invites you to an exclusive wine dinner designed to honour Portuguese tradition — through flavour, festivity and hospitality.
In partnership with the renowned Quinta do Gradil, this event will take guests on a curated tasting journey, where each dish is thoughtfully paired with a different wine, served by the glass. The experience is elevated by the creativity of chef Marcelo Leal.
We begin outdoors, in our patio, with codfish cakes and a glass of white sparkling brut nature — a festive welcome toast.
From there, the menu unfolds in four moments:
🥂 The first offers a taste of the sea: sardine torricato, traditional ceviche, octopus carpaccio and avocado-prawn bruschetta, paired with Arinto 2022 and White Reserve 2018.
🍷 Next, cod loin on a bed of potatoes with coriander-garlic pesto, complemented by the same white wine and a bold Tannat 2022.
🍖 The third course brings wild rabbit pie with Arabic rice and apple purée, matched with Tannat 2022 and Red Reserve 2019.
🍰 For dessert, pumpkin jam cake and the exquisite Late Harvest Liqueur 2021. And, of course, coffee to finish.
