José Ferreira divides his life between Automobiles, Investments, and the Marcelo Leal Brand. With the creation of the company F2L-Investments, Lda, ideas and possibilities naturally emerged, the result of great dedication and effort. In all these businesses, there is a common element: the Customer. This is also the focus of the Marcelo Leal brand. His experience in the concept of excellence restoration began with an investment in this area. With a background in accounting, studies in Business Management, and extensive experience in the Automotive sector, he takes pride in his self-taught journey, the wisdom, and curiosity in managing people and finances.

The connection with Chef Marcelo Leal stems from the restaurant industry. Together, they decided to invest in the commercialization of Wines and other beverages, with the goal of also offering high-quality gastronomic products. The passion for delivering excellent service and providing memorable experiences united them in this project designed for the most discerning customers. Just as the vine and wine are deeply linked to our history and culture, F2L, in partnership with Chef Marcelo Leal, connects with all those who appreciate Mediterranean cuisine and prestigious, traditional Portuguese wines. Innovation and technical refinement in selecting and perfecting the products inspire them and awaken the senses, which they wish to share with everyone who dares to savor these delicacies. Chef Marcelo Leal was born in Rio de Janeiro on June 16, 1979. With an initial military training, he dedicated eight years to serving his country, Brazil, and was awarded the Sangue dos Heróis medal (related to the end of World War II). After his military career, he enrolled in a Culinary course at the Institute of Public and Private Teachers, where he graduated as a chef. In 2005, he moved to Portugal, where he fell in love with Portuguese cuisine and quickly stood out for his creativity and personalized touch in dishes. During his time in Portugal, he participated in significant events, such as gala dinners with public figures, restaurant openings in the Cascais area, and gastronomic festivals. He is currently the Chef at Mediterrâneo’s, in Oeiras. Married and a father of a boy, he is also passionate about sports.
