Ingredients:

  • 500 g of Mascarpone Cheese Galbani
  • 5 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons of sugar
  • 40 La Reine ladyfingers
  • 2 cups of unsweetened coffee
  • 2 tablespoons of Marsala (Italian sweet wine)
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions:

  1. Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
  2. Whisk the yolks with the sugar until creamy.
  3. Add the Mascarpone cheese and mix well.
  4. Whisk the egg whites until stiff and gently fold them into the yolk mixture.
  5. In a bowl, mix the cold coffee with the Marsala and soak the ladyfingers.
  6. Place half of the soaked ladyfingers at the bottom of a dish, cover with half of the cream, and repeat the process.
  7. Let the tiramisù rest in the fridge for at least 3 hours (ideally, 12 hours).
