A highlight is the cod on a bed of turnip greens and onion sauce, where the intensity of the cod contrasts beautifully with the slight bitterness of the greens and the sweetness of the onion, all finished with high-quality Portuguese olive oil. For seafood lovers, we suggest the orecchiette with lobster and prawns — a delicate pasta with fresh shellfish, gently coated in a light sauce. It pairs perfectly with one of our selected white wines.
