  • The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and accompanied by all accessories and manuals.
  • Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

3. Exchange and Return Process

  • Initial Contact: Contact us via email at geral@mediterraneos.pt, providing your order number, the product you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.

  • Approval: After receiving your email, we will review the request and get in touch with you to approve the return or exchange. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

  • Shipping the Product: Send the product back to the indicated address using a traceable delivery service. The return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective products or incorrect shipments.

  • Receipt and Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If approved, we will proceed with the exchange or refund.

4. Defective Products or Incorrect Shipments

If the received product is defective or if you received an incorrect product, we apologize for the inconvenience. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please follow the steps below:

  • Initial Contact: Send an email to geral@mediterraneos.pt with your order number, a description of the defect or shipping error, and, if possible, photos showing the issue.

  • Approval: We will review your request, and if approved, we will send instructions for returning the product and a prepaid return label.

  • Shipping the Product: Use the prepaid return label to send the product back.

  • Receipt and Inspection: After receiving and inspecting the product, if the defect or error is confirmed, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be made through the same payment method used for the original purchase. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the credit card provider or financial institution.

6. Exceptions

Some items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Custom or made-to-order products.
  • Discounted or clearance items.
